Take Ownership of Something Special
We’re looking for two dynamic individuals (or a couple) to take charge of our stunning outside space at The Greyhound on the Test. This is a brilliant opportunity for two people who want to run things their way – managing the garden, the Fishing Hut, events, food service and a small team throughout the summer season.
What You’ll Do
- Take full ownership of the outside space and make it shine
- One of you leading on food – preparing and serving dishes with a street food style
- One of you leading front-of-house, looking after the Fishing Hut and guest experience
- Work alongside the Wilds chef team for larger garden events
- Organise and run outdoor events
- Manage stock control and ordering
- Lead and organise seasonal staffing
- Keep the space looking beautiful and welcoming
You’ll Need
- A can-do attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
- Chefing experience – street food style knowledge beneficial
- Front-of-house and bar experience essential
- Ability to work as a team (you’ll be working together!)
- Strong organisational skills
- Happy to take ownership and use your initiative
- Garden knowledge beneficial
- Personal Licence beneficial
- Food Hygiene Certificate beneficial
- Weekend availability required (not every weekend, but most events fall on weekends)
